In 1996, after several years of contributing to the success of other builders, first as a laborer and later as a superintendent, Guy Neil Gorringe made the decision to form his own residential building company. GNG CONSTRUCTION, INC. was established with the purpose of providing buyers with a quality built home at an affordable price.

Guy had the opportunity to experience other builder's philosophies and business styles. He was fortunate to benefit from these experiences in regards to techniques and practices that were successful, and also those that were not. Guy's background enabled GNG Construction, to be established based upon proven principles and practices contributing to a business foundation of strength and integrity.

While Guy recognizes that affordability is the driving factor in the buyers search for a new home, he holds firm to the belief that "Quality is the Difference," when choosing a new home.
